Lead Times to Expect:

Most products are made to order, so please expect 7-10 business days before your item is shipped. Email for exact eta of your order if you are in a time crunch.

An email with a tracking number for FedEx will be provided as soon as your order ships. (check your spam folders)

Returns Policy:

We're easy! We'll accept returns on all products within 30 days free of charge. 

If a defect or malfunction is present, please email us at jessica@hvacexpress.com and let us know the problem and we will replace the part or refund your money.
